If things couldn't get worse for Chief Heller. A village board meeting was canceled due to the discovery of a letter that was allegedly sent to the Stickney village president. The three kings dropped off a nice stocking stuffer for us:
This isn't the first time we hear that the fire department isn't adequately staffed. We know that it is mainly because no one, and we mean NO ONE wants to work with an incompetent Chief calling the shots.

First off heller should know how it is working for a private ambulance company.... he got fired from there!!!! Maybe if they fired him from funny view and got someone else in there, coverage wouldn’t be an issue. When you have a moron like him in charge that walks in circles who would want to work. He doesn’t answer his phone so why would anyone else- lead by example, that’s why he gets paid the big bucks!!!
Also if they keep him as fire chief (which would be a HUGE joke) they mideswell have Stickney or mccook take them over, they already respond to their calls anyways. What a joke!
Here is how the tugboat better known as Fire Chief Tom Heller isn’t just sinking but more like crashing and burning.
It is absolutely a correct statement that Tom Heller chose to let the ambulance be taken out of service on 12/25 and 12/26 because he was unwilling to come in and assure the residents of Forest view were taken care of. He must have had more important things to do on Christmas and the weekend than to assure the town that he is employed to protect has their residents and property protected.
However, the confusing thing is that even though Tom Heller chose to take the ambulance that protects the residents of Forest View out of service leaving them without any emergency medical care because he had more important things to do...... he still found time to respond to the Village of Stickney for a report of a fire at Koppers Chemical.
This is what doesn’t make sense. Who is he employed by..... Forest View. Who are the residents and property he should be most concerned about..... Forest View. But even though that is the case he only showed interest in responding out of the Village of Forest View and turning his back on our residents to go to a fire in another town.
I mean how screwed up is that?!!
And yet he still has a job.
President Powell and Forest View Trustees, please before you leave office right this wrong and remove Tom Heller as Fire Chief . You gave him a chance and now you see he is not qualified or able to make good decisions or understand the immense responsibility he is supposed to handle. The members can’t stand working for him and he needs to be let go already. How would you feel if your friend or family member was further hurt or killed because no ambulance was in service because Tom heller had better things to do, or was too busy putting another towns residents first?????
Remove Heller? He's only incompetent. What about former dumputy chief Imbasal who is incompetent AND a thief?

Apparently if your incompetent AND a thief you get to keep your job, just get “demoted” and everything is put on hold so you can find yourself a new gig to steal from, and don’t get fired!! Funny how things work around there. Hopefully finds a new gig before April lol.
And if Ms. Miller gets elected, she should immediately contact the Illinois State Police Public Integrity Unit to investigate the double dippin ex dumpty chef concerning his theiving. He either stole from the Village or stole from the Plainfield High School Dist. Offer him the chance to resign, or face the investigation into his theivery (or possible destruction of evidence, as he was allowed to stay in the dumpty chef job, in control of the evidence against him). If ISP finds that he was stealing from either municipal entity, he can get indicted for theft and official misconduct, which would cause the Illinois Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board to pull his Illinois Police Certification. Hopefully he won't be made Chief of the PD, and possibly bring back the pedophile ex Sgt. out of retirement as the DC. Then, you think you saw an exodus from that Police Department? You'll have a PD of 2 people working. It's amazing how he got a pass of this theivery. Bring back a few of the ex part time guys as Chief/ Dep. Chief. They'll starighten out that mess. Maybe even make Lady K put bullets in his gun and answer a call or two.

A lot of hazing on the fire chief but what about the buffoons that call themselves trustees. If anyone needs to go, its them.
