Fired Cop Manifesto

The Forest View cop that was fired back earlier this month wrote a couple of letters to our village trustees. We got our hands on a copy and there is some really interesting revelations in there that we felt we must share with our fellow Forest View residents. Makes us wonder about the selection process for the deputy chief and chief jobs.

This one was pretty messed up:

Respect My Authoritah
"Then there was XXXX.  A former part-time police officer who ended up resigning after continuing to be singled out by upper management.  At one point XXXX was the only African American officer on our roster. During that time XXXX was the ONLY officer both full-time and part-time not allowed to operate the newer SUV patrol vehicles.  They may claim performance issues but XXXXX produced more than half of the department and he mostly worked the midnight shift where there was less opportunity to make traffic stops.  On a few occasions, the midnight sergeant allowed XXXX to use an SUV, it was noticed by upper management and communicated (via email) that he should remain prohibited from using an SUV."

Can we say lawsuit?

You Stupid Boy!
"Recently a report was placed in my mailbox that had the words “YA HE’S SO fucking SMART” (see exhibit F).  This report was for a call I handled but was not written by me. It appears that the person who wrote that offensive statement was triggered by the misspelling in narrative.  I am no handwriting expert, but what I do know is that the writing does not belong to any of the current sergeants or the deputy chief.  This is just another example of the harassment from upper management that I had to endure.  But I stayed the course."

This coming from a guy that can't write a sentence better than a third grader.  We have seen some of his grammar and have been told that his sexy secretary depurdy chief queef does all the typing for his pappa.

Patronage Hiring
"....the department has downgraded it's standards for hiring part-time police officers, selectively.  Part-time police officers are used to supplement the department and fill in shifts to make sure there is always coverage.  During a time where the department needed officers that could work and be ready to work rather quickly, the department hired an individual that did not hold a certification as a Law Enforcement Officer...... Apart from a liability issue, this is a misuse of the village's resources to provide a personal friend with the path to a certification."

There were two parts to this passage but we will spare you the boredom and summarize it.  The village hired a couple of new cops, one a dispatcher who is being trained for months and another a Cook County co-worker of the police chief's better half.  Rumors are that the dispatcher dude was offered a cop job if he helped out in the dispatch area.  The Cook County guy, he was just lucky to be connected to the pappa cheif's wife.  The two new cops come with no experience so they couldn't help cops on the street.  The Cook County co-worker quit when he realized real cop work wasn't for him. Just more of my tax pennies gone to waste.

In our Ricky voice: OK Chief, you got some splainin' ta do!   There is so much to read.  Much more to come at the Salvador Wiseman cop department.

This is exactly who I would want in charge of my village... NOT! Doesn’t even have respect for his own officers!!
